Frequently asked questions
Do the 5 free generations refill?
No. The 5 are granted once, when the account is created, and they do not refill. Each generation costs 1 credit. Pro grants 500 generations a month for as long as the subscription runs.
What happens to my credits and saved results if I cancel?
Cancelling keeps Pro running until the end of the period already paid for, and it can be resumed any time before then. After that the account returns to Free. Saved results stay yours either way, and any unspent credits stay on the account — cancelling takes none of them back. Free grants no new credits, so what is left is what is left.
How many free generations do the tool pages give me, without an account?
3 a day, counted per device from the same connection and reset at midnight UTC. They need no account and nothing is saved. Creating a free account grants 5 generations that are saved to it.
Can I buy credits without subscribing?
Yes. One-time credit packs are 100 credits for $2.50 or 500 credits for $10.00, bought from the Your plan card in the workspace and paid through PayPal. A pack is a single payment and nothing renews. Its credits are added to the same balance as any others, they do not expire, and they stay on the account whatever happens to a plan.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free account needs an email address and nothing else. Payment only comes up if you upgrade to Pro or buy a credit pack, and it goes through PayPal.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email support@tiraisoft.com from the address you sign in with. The team deletes the account, the saved results and the one per-account measurement row described on the privacy page; limited billing records are kept where law or accounting requires it. There is no delete button in the app, so nothing in it does this for you. An account with a paid subscription still running has to cancel first.
How do I get help, or reach a person?
Email support@tiraisoft.com. The chat button on any page answers the common questions straight away; the address is the route when it cannot, and it is the only route that needs no JavaScript.
