Frequently asked questions
Do the 5 free generations refill?
No. The 5 are granted once, when the account is created, and they do not refill. Each generation costs 1 credit. Pro grants 500 generations a month for as long as the subscription runs.
What happens to my credits and saved results if I cancel?
Cancelling keeps Pro running until the end of the period already paid for, and it can be resumed any time before then. After that the account returns to Free. Saved results stay yours either way, and any unspent credits stay on the account — cancelling takes none of them back. Free grants no new credits, so what is left is what is left.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free account needs an email address and nothing else. Payment only comes up if you upgrade to Pro, and it goes through PayPal.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email support@tiraisoft.com from the address you sign in with. The team deletes the account, the saved results and the one per-account measurement row described on the privacy page; limited billing records are kept where law or accounting requires it. There is no delete button in the app, so nothing in it does this for you. An account with a paid subscription still running has to cancel first.
How do I get help, or reach a person?
Email support@tiraisoft.com. The chat button on any page answers the common questions straight away; the address is the route when it cannot, and it is the only route that needs no JavaScript.
