Terms of Service — InstaResume

These terms are the agreement between you and Tiraisoft ("we", "us") for your use of InstaResume.

By creating an account or using InstaResume, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. InstaResume is operated by Tiraisoft, so you also accept Tiraisoft's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to us as a company and in addition to these terms. Where these terms and Tiraisoft's terms cover the same subject, these terms govern your use of InstaResume. If you do not accept all of them, do not use InstaResume.

What the service is

InstaResume takes the background you paste in and writes a tailored cover letter, achievement-driven resume bullet points, or a professional summary, and suggests ATS keywords drawn from that background. Some tools on the site work without an account at all.

Your account

You need a working email address; sign-in is by one-time code, so there is no password to lose. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep access to it secure.
One account is for one person.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13.

What you paste in

You keep every right you already had in what you submit. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store what you paste in, send it to our AI provider to produce your result (as described in the Privacy Policy), and show the result back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.

Submit only your own background, or a job posting you are applying to. Do not submit someone else's personal data without their agreement, and do not submit anything unlawful.

What the AI writes

Your results are generated by an AI model, grounded in what you provide — it does not invent employers, dates or metrics. It can still be wrong, awkward, or a poor fit for a particular employer, and similar inputs may produce similar text for different people, so we cannot promise your output is unique, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. Read it before you send it. We do not promise interviews or that any application will succeed, and nothing here is career or legal advice.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the service or its metering; do not resell it or run it on someone else's behalf as a bureau; and do not scrape or automate it in ways that degrade it for others.

Credits and payment

Credits are the unit of work. One generation costs one credit. Current plans, prices and credit amounts are on the pricing page.
Free accounts get a one-time welcome grant, not a monthly refill. A paid plan adds credits each billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel in the app at any time. You keep access and credits for the period you have already paid for, and you can resume before that period ends.
Credits are a product, not money. When you buy credits you are buying the right to use InstaResume, and the purchase completes at that moment. Credits are not a deposit or stored value, and we do not hold funds on your behalf. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not redeemable except as use of the service.
Credits do not expire. Unspent credits stay in your account until you use them.
Credits exist only inside InstaResume, and last as long as it does. If we discontinue InstaResume, or stop operating it for any reason, unspent credits stop being usable, and we do not refund them or convert them to money. That is the other side of credits not expiring.
Automatic refunds: a generation that fails is refunded in credits automatically — you are only charged for work delivered.
Payments for credits are final. We do not give money back for credits, spent or unspent. Two things that does not mean: work that fails still returns the credit to your balance, as above — that is a credit going back, not a money refund; and a charge made in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, is still corrected. Email billing@tiraisoft.com with the date and amount. Any rights your local consumer law gives you apply on top of these terms and are not reduced by them.
Price changes apply from your next billing period. Taxes, where they apply, are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.

Availability

We do not promise uptime. The service depends on third parties — hosting, AI providers, payment processors — and we may change, suspend or discontinue features, or the service itself. Unspent credits are tied to the service and are not refunded when it ends, as set out under Credits and payment above.

Ending it

You may stop using InstaResume whenever you like: cancel in the app, and ask us to close your account and delete what is in it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and for a serious breach we may do so without notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including under consumer protection law, and for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected here with a new date at the top; there is no mailing list and no notification undertaking. This page is the record, and it is the version in force. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes belong to the courts of Indonesia — except where the consumer law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which these terms do not take away.
